Cristalplant®
Cristalplant® is a material mainly made up of mineral loads bonded to small percentages of polyester and acrylic polymers. The surface has a soft touch effect and an appearance rather like natural stone that makes it particularly suitable for use in bathrooms. The through thickness of the material is homogeneous and it can easily be restored.

Maintenance
For daily maintenance, simply clean the surface with soapy water or common detergents; gel or abrasive detergents are especially suitable. Be careful to rinse the surface well and to use an abrasive sponge such as Scotch Brite®. This way the original matt finish will be maintained. The surface is highly resistant to stains in general. Some substances such as ink, cosmetics and dyes, if left in contact with the surface for a long time, could release colour. In case of such minor damage, the surface can be restored using a common abrasive sponge like Scotch Brite® and abrasive detergent. If the fault remains visible, pass over the surface with very fine sandpaper. In case of greater damage, a special repair kit is available on request. Avoid aggressive chemical products such as acetone, trichloroethylene, strong acids or bases.
